Acquisitions for VT and Land Securities

Support services and shipbuilding company VT Group has acquired the US MILCOM Systems Corporation for $42.5m reported Citywire. Virginia-based MILCOM expects to produce revenue of $100m with a profit margin of 5%. MILCOM designs, plans, installs and supports electronics and communications systems, primarily for the US Government. Principal shareholder was the Josephine H Fleming Revocable Trust.
