Port of the Americas Port Complex

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers published a Notice of Intent to prepare a draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement regarding the Port of the Americas Port Complex. Comments on this proposal to build a port complex in Puerto Rico should be submitted by January 29, 2003.
