Anacortes, Wash. Anchorage Regs

The U.S. Coast Guard is establishing three general anchorages and two tug and barge anchorages in waters of Puget Sound near Anacortes, Washington. These anchorages are intended to provide for more orderly movement of tanker traffic near the oil refineries, while providing ample room for barge operations.
