The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) issued a Notice stating that it will conduct a meeting in Washington, DC on August 31. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Highway-Marine Accident Report regarding the allision of the towboat ROBERT Y. LOVE with the I-40 Highway Bridge near Webbers Falls, Oklahoma on May 26, 2002.
