Lease Financing in Coastwise Trade

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has extended through June 7 the comment period on its proposed rulemaking relating to lease financing for vessels engaged in the U.S. coastwise trade. This extension does not apply to the companion rulemaking issued by the U.S. Coast Guard. 69 Fed. Reg. 29481 (HK Law).
