Vessel Tonnage Measurement Interpretation

The U.S. Coast Guard issued a Notice advising of the availability of the revised Tonnage Technical Policy, which has been issued as a cover letter and five enclosures. The Policy is used for interpreting the agency’s vessel tonnage measurement regulations. 70 Fed. Reg. 20924 (HK Law)
