B.C. Ferries’ Saves $3.8M on Taxes, Funds Maintenance

B.C. Ferries will be saving about $3.8 million a year on taxes for 45 terminal properties on the coast. The B.C. Assessment Authority reached a settlement with the ferry service and announced all the municipal governments affected are in agreement. The money saved will be plowed back into maintenance and repairs. (Source: CKNW.com)
