CARB: Comment on Modifications to Commercial Harborcraft
The Air Resources Board has posted the 15-Day Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for the Regulations to Reduce Emissions from Diesel Engines on Commercial Harbor Craft Operated Within California Waters and 24 Nautical Miles of the California Baseline.
