NTSB Reports Progress in Safety

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) reported its most wanted safety improvements. The agency noted that progress is being made in the maritime sector with regard to crew drug/alcohol testing after serious accidents and with regard to mariner fatigue. Source; HK Law
