Blue and Gold Fleet Promotes Sandra Elles

Blue and Gold Fleet has promoted Sandra Elles from government contracts administrator to vice president in charge of contract services. In her new position, Elles will be responsible for all major federal, state and municipal ferry contracts, as well as guiding the company in its expansion of ferry services.
