New London – TOPOFF3 safety and security zones

The U.S. Coast Guard is establishing temporary safety and security zones around waterfront areas in New London, Connecticut during the third Top Officials (TOPOFF3) homeland security exercise. The zones will be in effect from April 2 through April 10. 70 Fed. Reg. 15585 (HK Law)
