PDVSA to Order Tankers

Venezuela’s PDVSA confirmed plans to order two oil tankers from an Argentine shipyard. Reportedly union leader Vicente Ignomirielo, a delegate of Buenos Aires-based Río Santiago shipyard (ARS) made the announcement Tuesday, following a meeting with the president of PDVSA's shipyard in Venezuela Dianca.
