The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued an interim rule offering electronic options for submission of information that is collected by the agency. The agency is also seeking comments on its new program, which should be submitted by December 5, 2003. 68 Fed. Reg. 62535 (November 5, 2003).
