Baltimore Safety Zone

The U.S. Coast Guard established, through April 15, a temporary safety zone on all waters of Captain of the Port (COTP) Zone Baltimore due to hazards associated with ice. Persons wishing to operate vessels on those waters must first obtain permission from the COTP. Comments on this rulemaking must be submitted by March 9. 70 Fed. Reg. 6349 (HK LAW)
