Yonkers – anchorage regulations proposed

The U.S. Coast Guard proposes to establish two special anchorage areas on the Hudson River adjacent to Yonkers, New York. The goal is to facilitate safe navigation in the area and provide safe and secure anchorages for vessels not more than 20 meters in length. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by August 30, 2004. 69 Fed. Reg. 39380 (HK Law).
